Ј12,200 pro rata Ј6.25 ph

The client is holding an open evening on Wednesday 16th February 05 at 5pm or 6.30pm
This will consist of the following format:Candidates will be given a presentation on the company, along with more information on all the current vacancies, a tour of our site and will have a brief, initial 1:1 with one of the HR team to discuss their CV.

Customer Service Advisor

Provide excellent customer service and maximise cross selling opportunities. Handles telephone as well as written enquiries in a confident manner through a good use of communication techniques, this includes escalated complaint calls. Works with authority to satisfy customer complaints with a view to excelling in customer service at all times.
Supports the Advisors within the team by acting as a reference point for guidance and referrals.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Handling routine customer enquiries by telephone or in writing
Maximising cross selling opportunities at all times.
2. Comply consistently with operational processes, procedures
and controls keeping up to date with all new developments.
3. Handle customer complaints in a confident manner following
agreed processes and procedures and maintaining accurate
statistics at all times.
4. Handle all system processing requirements including GEMS,
Luccent and general PC literacy.

Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities to qualify for position)
Excellent communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good PC knowledge and keyboard experience required.

Relationships:Part of a team dealing with general enquiries. Reports to Team Leader, Customer Services.
